TORONTO PRIDE - June/July

One of the largest Pride celebrations in the world, with an estimated attendance of over 1 million people. It includes a three-day street festival, a special Family Pride program, a Dyke March and the infamous and fabulous Pride Parade.

TORONTO FRINGE FESTIVAL - July

Fringe festival-goers measure the quality of the experience not by the script (or absence thereof), but rather, by the pure enthusiasm of the performance. It’s city’s liveliest grassroots theatre festival.

HONDA INDY TORONTO - July

Ontario’s single-largest annual sporting event will feature the highest levels of Indy, stock, touring and exotic car racing. The marquee attraction continues to be the IZOD IndyCar Series with returning races including the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series, Firestone Indy Lights and the Acura Sports Car Challenge.

TORONTO OUTDOOR ART EXHIBITION - July

As the largest outdoor art exhibition in Canada, the TOAE offers a fresh-air and free alternative to conventional art shows and galleries. Approximately 500 artists participate and over 100,000 visitors attend the exhibition every year.

SALSA ON ST. CLAIR - July

Salsa on St. Clair is Canada’s largest Latino-themed festival and wraps-up the Latino Week in Toronto. Join in on the parade of fun as midtown Toronto’s Hillcrest Village, between Winona Drive and Christie Street will be transformed into a showcase of Latin life.

The Toronto International Film Festival is the most successful public film festival in the world. World premieres, galas, associated shmoozes and parties comprise this illustrious event where stars, directors and industry honchos make the rounds.

ROYAL AGRICULTURAL WINTER FAIR - November

Once a year, the country comes to the city bringing along over 300 vendors, regal horse shows, entertaining dog shows and everything else in between. The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is the largest of its kind and truly is part of Canadian tradition.
